OFF-ROAD CHALLENGES
The
Jeep® Grand Cherokee features three available systems designed
to give you added control in difficult off-roading situations. Hill Descent
Control detects steep declines and automatically applies brake pressure for a
consistent descent speed. Hill Start Assist lets you tackle sharp inclines by
holding the brakes, preventing roll-back. Selec-Speed® Control
allows the driver to travel at slow speeds on level ground, uphill or downhill
without actively controlling either the throttle or the brake.

efficiency, or more torque, the Jeep® Grand
Cherokee offers four available engines designed to fuel your passion for
adventure.
FUEL
SAVING TECHNOLOGY
With
this technology, included with the 3.6L Pentastar® V6 engine,
when the vehicle brakes to a stop, fuel flow is cut and the engine turns off.
When the brakes are released, the engine restarts.
